Im Podcast von Soroptimist International Deutschland sprechen in der Folge #36 Manuela Nitsche, Club München 2002 und Anemone Paleko, Club München-Schwabing, mit unserer Clubschwester Maria Klaas über "Internationales „Sisterhood“ für Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine".  Wie entstand die Idee des Projektes, welcher sensationell hohe Betrag an Spendengeldern ist bisher und ist wie das Geld von unserem Friendship-Link Club Danzig verwendet wird.

Die Flüchtlinge sind fast alle Frauen und Kinder. Die polnischen Clubschwestern in Danzig helfen aktiv vor Ort, schützen Frauen und Kinder vor Vergewaltigung, Menschenhandel und Prostitution und suchen Unterkünfte und Unterhalt für Familien.
Die Aktion „Sisterhood“ läuft unaufhörlich weiter! Jede Spende kommt zu 100% an
Der SI-Club Ellwangen hat die Aktion mit insgesamt 2500 Euro im April 2022 unterstützt; siehe auch: Projekt des Monats Juli 2022

The refugees are almost all women and children. The Polish club sisters in Gdansk are actively helping on the ground, protecting women and children from rape, human trafficking and prostitution, and seeking shelter and sustenance for families.
The "Sisterhood" campaign continues unceasingly! Every donation goes to 100%. 
The SI-Club Ellwangen supported the action with a total of 2500 Euro in April 2022; see also: Projekt des Monats Juli 2022
